Graphite Connect alternatives for
UK mid-market teams.
Who Graphite Connect is genuinely good for.
Graphite Connect is a supplier management platform built around a patented network model. Instead of each buyer collecting the same data from scratch, a supplier maintains one shareable, verified profile, and every connected buyer sees updates instantly. For onboarding speed and vendor master-data quality at scale, that network approach is genuinely clever.
Its centre of gravity is the enterprise. Graphite markets itself to Fortune-100 buyers, with unlimited users and deep ERP integrations, and reviewers of the product skew heavily enterprise. If you are onboarding thousands of suppliers into SAP or Oracle, that is the design point.
The trade-off is fit. A network built for global enterprise onboarding is shaped, priced and sold for global enterprises. UK mid-market manufacturers usually need less network reach and more day-to-day compliance depth: chasing insurance, closing corrective actions, tracking contracts and reporting Scope 3 carbon. That is the gap Supplio is built to fill.
What we can verify about the price.
Graphite Connect does not publish fixed pricing. Per public directories and its own positioning, cost is scaled to the modules you select, the number of legacy suppliers you want to manage, and how many new suppliers you onboard each month. In practice that means a scoped, quote-based enterprise deal.
That is a reasonable model for network onboarding at scale. It is less helpful when you are a smaller team trying to work out whether a tool fits your budget before committing to a sales process.
Supplio takes the opposite approach: every price is published in GBP, from £599 a year, with monthly billing available and the supplier portal free for your suppliers.
The Supplio contrast
Every price, published in GBP.
- Starter: £599 a year
- Growth: £1,199 a year
- Scale: £2,399 a year
- Enterprise: custom, for unlimited users and suppliers
Monthly billing is available too. All prices in GBP, no hidden fees, and the supplier portal is free for your suppliers.

What Supplio doesn't do
Because a fair page cuts both ways. Supplio has no purchase orders or P2P, no spend analytics suite and no e-auctions. If you need a full source-to-pay platform, requisitions through to invoicing, look at the enterprise suites instead. Supplio is deliberately built around the supplier record: onboarding, compliance, risk, CAPA, contracts, performance and Scope 3 carbon.
- No purchase orders / P2P
- No spend analytics suite
- No e-auctions
