Its organising idea is the contract record: every vendor, risk assessment, spend line and piece of compliance evidence hangs off the contract, with continuous third-party monitoring across financial, cyber and regulatory signals. For legal, finance and procurement teams whose single source of truth is the contract, that is a coherent and capable design.
It scales to serious size. Its own pricing page bands plans by the number of third parties you manage (Pro up to 250, Enterprise up to 750, and Enterprise Plus beyond that), with unlimited users on every tier. That unlimited-users model is a genuine strength worth crediting.
The question is whether the contract is really your anchor. Most UK manufacturers we speak to are not managing contract lifecycles first; they are chasing insurance renewals, onboarding new suppliers, closing corrective actions and pulling Scope 3 numbers together.
