Why suppliers love it

The first supplier portal that respects your suppliers' time.

Branded for your business

Your logo, your colours, your branding throughout the portal. Suppliers experience your brand, not ours.

Step-by-step onboarding

Suppliers see exactly what's needed and where they are in the process. No more "did you receive my email?".

Document upload & renewals

Insurance, ISO, modern slavery: uploaded once, renewed automatically when reminders fire.

Carbon disclosure form

Suppliers submit declared CO₂ on the products they sell you, with category benchmarks to help where they're starting from zero.

Multiple supplier users

Suppliers can add their own teammates: ops, finance, sustainability, each with the right access.

Free for suppliers

Suppliers don't pay a penny to use the portal. You only pay for the supplier profiles you actively manage.

How it works

From invite to approved supplier, in days, not weeks.

  1. 1

    You send the invite

From your Supplio workspace, click "Invite". The supplier gets a branded email with a one-click portal link.

  2. 2

    They complete onboarding

Company details, contacts, certifications, products, carbon data, all in a clean, mobile-friendly flow.

  3. 3

    You approve, they go live

Review the submission, request changes if needed, approve when ready. The supplier becomes part of your live workspace.

  4. 4

    Ongoing self-serve

Suppliers update their own data, renew documents and submit annual carbon disclosures via the portal, with no more email threads.

One portal, every supplier base

Supplier portal software that fits how you actually buy.

Whether you run a manufacturing supply chain with heavy certification requirements or a fast-moving distribution intake, the portal adapts to the documents, data and approvals your suppliers actually need.

Supplier portal for manufacturers

Manufacturing supply chains carry the heaviest document load: insurance, ISO certificates, material declarations, audit evidence. Supplio's portal collects and renews all of it against each supplier record, so an approved supplier list stays audit-ready. See how it works for UK manufacturers and food & beverage producers.

Supplier portal for distributors and wholesale

Distributors onboard suppliers constantly and can't afford a two-week email loop for each one. The portal gives every new supplier a self-service checklist, so onboarding runs in parallel across your whole intake, with structured onboarding workflows tracking progress for you.

A self-service supplier portal

Suppliers log in, see exactly what's outstanding, and fix it themselves: contacts, documents, product data, carbon disclosures. Renewals are requested automatically before certificates expire. Your team stops being the bottleneck, and your compliance coverage stops depending on inbox archaeology.

A supplier document portal

Every upload lands against the supplier record with version history and an expiry date. Insurance certificates, Modern Slavery statements, DPAs, ISO certs — one place, always current, with certificate tracking built in. Start from our free UK supplier onboarding checklist if you're formalising the document list.

Works alongside your ERP, not inside it

Most ERP supplier portals force suppliers to learn your finance system. Supplio sits in front of it: suppliers get a clean branded experience, you export clean data (CSV/XLSX) to whatever system of record you run. Compare the approach against traditional vendor management software.

Priced for UK SMEs

Enterprise supplier portals start at five figures. Supplio starts at £599/year, the portal is free for every supplier you invite, and there are no per-supplier-seat fees. See how that compares to the alternatives.

What is a supplier portal?

A supplier portal is a secure, self-service website where your suppliers manage their own relationship with you: completing onboarding, uploading compliance documents, keeping contacts and product data current, and submitting disclosures such as Scope 3 carbon data. Instead of your team chasing documents over email, the portal gives every supplier a structured checklist and tracks completion automatically.

How much does supplier portal software cost in the UK?

Enterprise supplier portals are typically bundled into procurement suites costing tens of thousands of pounds a year. Supplio's supplier portal is included on every plan, starting at £599/year for the full platform. There are no setup fees on the Starter plan and no per-supplier charges.

Is the portal really free for suppliers?

Yes. Suppliers never pay to use the portal, don't need to create a paid account, and can invite their own teammates. You only pay for the supplier profiles you actively manage in your workspace.

Does the portal work for manufacturers and distributors?

Yes. The onboarding checklist is configurable per supplier category, so a manufacturing partner can be asked for ISO certificates, insurance and material declarations while a distributor is asked for a lighter document set. UK manufacturers, food & beverage producers, construction firms and wholesale distributors all run on the same portal.

Does Supplio integrate with our ERP or finance system?

Supplio is designed to sit in front of your ERP rather than replace it. Supplier data and documents export cleanly to CSV and XLSX for import into your system of record, and the portal handles everything your ERP's supplier module does badly: branded onboarding, document renewals and compliance chasing.

How long does it take to set up a supplier portal?

Minutes, not months. Add your logo and colours, choose the documents and data you require, and send your first invitations. Most teams onboard their first suppliers within a day; migration support is available if you're moving from spreadsheets or another system.
