No — we don't offer free trials. Our customers consistently tell us that "trial mode" products feel half-built, and we'd rather give you the real thing on day one. Instead, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Supplio isn't for you, email us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund you in full via Stripe. Each plan is billed annually in GBP. While we're below the HMRC VAT-registration threshold we don't charge VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. You get a generous allowance of users and supplier profiles included. Need more? Extra users and supplier seats are clearly priced (£15–£10 per user/month, £2–£1 per supplier/month, depending on plan). There are no surprise overages — your finance team will love that.

Refunds are processed directly through Stripe. We offer a contractual 14-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase — if Supplio isn't for you, email us within that window for a full refund. Beyond 14 days, plan changes and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. We don't prorate partial-month usage — but we don't lock you into anything either.
