See supplier risk on a 5x5 heatmap.

Score each supplier risk by likelihood and impact, watch the register light up on a clickable 5x5 heatmap, and turn the red squares into corrective actions. Supplier risk you can actually see, prioritise and close, at pricing published in GBP.
The problem

Supplier risk is real, but usually invisible.

Most teams know their supply base carries risk, but it lives in people's heads and the occasional email. There is no shared view of which suppliers are most exposed, no agreed way to score them, and no obvious link between a risk and the action meant to reduce it. When something goes wrong, it is rarely a surprise to everyone.

Supplio gives supplier risk a structure. You log each risk with a likelihood and an impact, see the whole register on a heatmap, and drive the serious ones into corrective actions with a supplier response loop. Risk stops being a feeling and becomes a list you can work.

What you get

Score it, see it, then close it.

Every capability below ships today and is reachable in the product.

Risk register with a 5x5 heatmap

Log supplier risks by likelihood and impact and see them on a clickable 5x5 heatmap.

Weighted supplier scoring

A weighted-signal score per supplier, split into compliance, performance and sustainability, with a signal breakdown.

CAPA with a supplier response loop

Raise a corrective action, assign it, let the supplier respond through the portal, then accept it or send it back.

Rule-based automations

Configure rules that react to supplier events, and configurable approval workflow stages.

Insurance & certificate expiry chasing

Track insurance policies and certificates by expiry, and chase suppliers automatically before they lapse.

Immutable audit log

Every change is recorded in an immutable, filterable audit log you can export to CSV.

How it works

From a red square to a closed action.

A register with a 5x5 heatmap

Log each risk against a supplier with a likelihood and an impact, each 1 to 5. Supplio scores it 1 to 25 and bands it Low, Medium, High or Critical. The register renders as a 5x5 heatmap you can click to filter, so the worst exposures are obvious at a glance.

  • Likelihood x impact, scored 1 to 25
  • Low / Medium / High / Critical bands
  • Click a heatmap cell to filter

A weighted score behind every supplier

Alongside the register, each supplier carries a weighted score built from configurable signals: certifications, insurance validity, document completeness, risk level and more, split into compliance, performance and sustainability. It gives you an at-a-glance read on where a supplier stands.

  • Configurable signals and weights
  • Compliance, performance, sustainability sub-scores
  • Shown to suppliers in their portal

Turn risk into action, automatically

High-risk findings become corrective actions with a supplier response loop. Rule-based automations can react when a risk level changes or a document nears expiry, assigning a form, creating a task or emailing the supplier, so risks trigger work instead of sitting on a list.

  • CAPA with a supplier response loop
  • Automations on risk-level change and expiry
  • Immutable audit log of every change

Supplier risk, answered.

What is a supplier risk heatmap?+
A supplier risk heatmap plots risks on a grid of likelihood against impact, so the most serious sit in the top-right and jump out visually. Supplio uses a 5x5 grid: each risk is scored from 1 to 25 and banded Low, Medium, High or Critical, and you can click a cell to filter the register to those risks. It turns a long list into a picture you can prioritise from.
How does Supplio score supplier risk?+
Two ways that work together. The risk register captures individual risks by likelihood and impact. Separately, each supplier carries a weighted score built from configurable signals such as certifications, insurance validity, document completeness and risk level, split into compliance, performance and sustainability sub-scores. You control the signals and their weights.
Can I link a risk to an action?+
Yes. Serious risks become corrective actions (CAPA) with a supplier response loop: you raise and assign the action, the supplier responds through their portal, and a reviewer accepts it or requests changes. Rule-based automations can also fire when a risk level changes, so mitigation starts without someone remembering to kick it off.
Is this third-party risk management?+
It is supplier and third-party risk in the sense of managing the risks your suppliers pose to you: compliance, documentation, performance and the actions that reduce them. It is not a continuous external-intelligence feed that screens suppliers against sanctions or adverse-media databases. Supplio works from the evidence and scores in your own workspace.
How much does Supplio cost?+
Supplio publishes its full price list in GBP: Starter £599 a year, Growth £1,199, Scale £2,399, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Monthly billing is available and the supplier portal is free for your suppliers.
