Supplier scorecard software · UK

Score every supplier on signals you choose.

Give each supplier a weighted score across compliance, performance and sustainability, run structured performance reviews, and see who is top and bottom of your base. Objective supplier scorecards your suppliers can see too, at pricing published in GBP.
The problem

“Which suppliers are good?” shouldn't be a gut call.

Ask most teams to rank their suppliers and you get opinions, not numbers. The supplier everyone trusts might be quietly slipping on delivery; the one nobody rates might be flawless on paper. Without a consistent scorecard, supplier decisions run on memory and the loudest voice in the room.

Supplio scores suppliers from signals you control and reviews you run, then shows the results as sub-scores and rankings, to your team and to the suppliers themselves. It replaces the gut call with a number you can defend, and gives suppliers a clear target to improve against.

How it works

A number, and the reasons behind it.

Weighted signal scoring

Each supplier carries a score built from configurable signals: certifications, insurance validity, document completeness, risk level, performance reviews, emissions reported and more. You choose which signals count and how much they weigh. The score splits into compliance, performance and sustainability so you can see where a supplier is strong or weak.

  • Configurable signals and weights
  • Compliance, performance, sustainability sub-scores
  • Per-signal breakdown, so the score is explainable

Multi-dimension performance reviews

Alongside the automatic score, run structured performance reviews across dimensions with an overall result. Reviews start as drafts and are finalised deliberately, so scores are considered rather than accidental. Org-wide averages and top and bottom performers roll up automatically.

  • Multi-dimension reviews with an overall score
  • Draft then finalise
  • Org-wide averages and performer rankings

Suppliers see their own score

Suppliers can see their score in their portal, with the signal breakdown you choose to show and the option to request a review. A visible score is a motivating score: it gives suppliers a concrete target instead of a vague sense that they should do better.

  • Score visible in the supplier portal
  • Signal breakdown (you control visibility)
  • Suppliers can request a review

What is a supplier scorecard?+
A supplier scorecard is a structured, repeatable way to rate a supplier, usually across several dimensions such as quality, delivery, compliance and sustainability, so you can compare suppliers objectively and track them over time. Supplio produces scorecards two ways: an automatic weighted score from signals you configure, and structured multi-dimension performance reviews your team runs.
Can I choose what the score is based on?+
Yes. The scoring signals and their weights are configurable. You decide whether certifications, insurance validity, document completeness, risk level, performance reviews, reported emissions and other signals count, and how much. The result is split into compliance, performance and sustainability sub-scores, each with a per-signal breakdown so the number is explainable.
Do suppliers see their scores?+
They can. Suppliers see their overall score and category sub-scores in their portal, along with the signal breakdown you choose to expose, and they can request a review. Making the score visible turns it into an improvement target rather than a private judgement.
What is the difference between the automatic score and a performance review?+
The automatic score is calculated continuously from configured signals, so it reflects the current state of a supplier's compliance and data. A performance review is a deliberate assessment your team writes across dimensions, finalised at a point in time. They complement each other: the score is the live read, the review is the considered verdict.
