Supplio covers this whole lifecycle in one UK-built platform, with a branded portal your vendors use themselves.
Is there a difference between vendor and supplier management?+
In most organisations, no. Finance teams tend to say vendor and procurement teams tend to say supplier, but they usually mean the same third party. Supplio does not force a distinction: both teams work from the same record, portal and compliance data, so the label you use is up to you.
Is Supplio actually UK-based?+
Yes. Supplio is built and supported in the UK by Supplio Technologies Ltd, a company registered at Companies House under number NI741193, with founder-led support in UK business hours. Pricing is published in GBP, and there is no VAT line because Supplio is not currently VAT-registered.
Can vendors manage their own information?+
Yes. Each vendor gets a branded, self-service portal where they complete onboarding, upload and renew documents and certificates, respond to corrective actions and see their own score. The portal is free for your vendors on every plan, which keeps your records current without your team doing the data entry.
How much does Supplio cost?+
Supplio publishes its full price list in GBP: Starter £599 a year, Growth £1,199, Scale £2,399, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Monthly billing is available and the vendor portal is free for your vendors.
